TERVENCE® DenPerm Cavity-Repair Gel uses a high-concentration 10% Nano-Hydroxyapatite (NH-10) system. The original product material describes its composition as a 97% match to natural tooth enamel and explains that ionic forces guide nano-particles into micro-cracks and cavity holes to support mineral recrystallization.
